I always see mistakes and most are so easy to avoid! Read on and learn how to avoid five of the most frequent issues in your home.

1.No Proper Plan

But you need a plan before any demolition starts. you should have everything outlined before time, from your budget, to its materials, to the issue of who will do what work part. The people sometimes think they can figure out what they need to do as they go along.

2.Unless the fan of bathroom is.....

Occasionally people don't install or clean the one they have. "Without adequate air-conditioning, moisture is built on surfaces and this humidity will cause paint, rot and mildew to deteriorate over time. The regular vacuuming of the vent helps the fan to stay clean. Turn on it and hold a toilet paper square up to the ventilation to check that your fan is overdue for cleaning. If you release the paper alone, the air flows still.

3.Overlooking minor errors

Always fix mistakes–even the smaller ones when you notice them–as your refurbishing continues. "If one of your tiles isn't flush, or you're cradling all around, fix it immediately. Don't be convinced of it, you will learn to live with it. You're always bothered by these mistakes, and if you can see them others can see them as well.

4.A budget that is unrealistic

You just have to cut corners at the end of the project and you won't be satisfied with the results. Getting a realistic number in your head is a matured way of thinking. Write the number down, put the amount in your bank account, and keep to it!  don't lie for themselves and try to make $ 20,000 renewal.

5.Losing attention to the end

At the beginning many people are thrilled at the refurbishment process but lose their steam to an end. But at the end they are so eager to see the finished room they begin to rush. The problem here is that the final work is extremely important for the whole look of space.
